We wanted their work to really do the talking, which is why we included lots of high quality, high-resolution images and kept the menus small, but easy enough to navigate through. Their target customer bases are homebuyers and homeowners in the residential market, so it was also important that their personable and professional nature came across from the content and layout of the site.
Rather than bombarding them with a lot of technical jargon, it was also crucial that their testimonials were front and centre on the site as that is where a lot of clients would be looking.
To allow the company to do what they do best and focus on custom home design and building, we took on planning and publishing their content.
In addition to designing their website and publishing the content on it, we also took care of marketing and advised them on SEO. We also host the site and apply changes and updates as needed.
It’s all there in the name – Distinctive Developments. It was our goal, one that we feel we really achieved, to make Distinctive Developments stand out from the crowd of other homebuilders in business right now.
