Email anyone

Do you know I have lost count of the number of so called web businesses I have emailed using their online forms and never received a reply! I can tell you that unless they are real special or the only ones in the market place I don’t normally bother to email them again. Can you imagine how much money is lost by these companies each year because of this simple thing?
